Position Description:

On behalf of Royal Caribbean Cruise Line, we are currently looking for an experienced Guest Service Manager. 

To be considered for the role, you would require:

  • a minimum of two years front of house supervisory experience in large 4 or 5 star hotels, cruise lines or related field
  • demonstrated experience supervising a  team of 10 or more employees
  • proven results ensuring complete guest and team satisfaction.
