We are looking for an Assistant Destination Leader to join Swan Hellenic!

The Assistant Destination Leader assists the Destination & Enrichment Manager with administrative duties such as booking of excursions/activities, disembarkation planning, booking of cruises and reporting accounting matters to head office. Supports the Destination & Enrichment Manager with on board activities.
During Expedition cruises, the position reports to the Destination & Enrichment Manager and assists with administrative matters, generation of landing reports, turn around planning, booking of cruises, Kayak and other activities.
This is a versatile role which has the potential to lead to many career progression avenues with Swan Hellenic!
Previous experience from high end ocean and/or river operation in similar role is required.
Salary paid in USD + commission on sale of cruises. Rotation is between 6 - 8 months followed by 2 off.
