Our Customer Experience team is looking for an independent, dynamic, confident and driven Trainee who is keen to make an impact and add value across all brands within TFG.
Your key areas of responsibility will include, amongst others:
On-going research on customer experience trends, innovation and latest reports
Communication of relevant research to key stakeholders in the business
Training and co-facilitation of journey mapping and design sessions
Participation in customer experience projects, across brands and divisions within the group
Generation of insights for brands from data extracted from our Voice of Customer platform
Ad hoc analyses using VOC, as well as other data available, to tell a complete customer story
Connecting customer and employee data to drive deeper and richer insights into what impacts the customer experience
Ownership of a portfolio within VOC
Growth of our listening capability across multiple touchpoints
To qualify for this position you will need:
A B.Bus Sc (marketing) or similar qualification
Good planning and organisation skills
Great collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to influence and persuade
To be flexible and adaptable
Good analytical skills, with the ability to link data to valuable insights
Ability to work independently as well as within a team
Resilience and emotional maturity
Willingness to learn
