Position Description:

Some of your storytelling platforms will include:

Social Media:

  • Create inspiring and relevant content to improve customer engagement;

  • Monitor platforms to ensure complaints are handled effectively and efficiently and

  • Daily reporting of problems or issues to the Corporate Communications manager.


Shopping Centres:

  • Build relationships with shopping centre teams;

  • Source brand stories to share on shopping centre platforms;

  • Submit marketing material and track coverage and

  • Assist with special events and activations.


Internal Communication:

  • Ensure announcements and special messages are loaded on the intranet and

  • Be a part of the team to plan and implement employee engagement campaigns and


To qualify for this position you will need:

  • Communication degree/diploma or similar qualification

  • Good planning skills

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

  • Ability to influence and persuade

  • Flexible and adaptable

  • Good analytical and problem solving skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team

  • Resilience and emotional maturity

  • Willingness to learn
