Client Services Management
•Apply a high level of scientific and commercial expertise gained through extensive knowledge and experience of the industry and agencies services to act as true partner to clients
•Ensure that the company’s overall revenue target is achieved
•Oversee and lead across the company in development of new commercial opportunities with new and existing clients
•Identify opportunities for business across the agencies family and participates in cross business pitches
•Provide support to SAD/AGD team on client discussions where appropriate Product/task leadership & accountability
•Responsible for overseeing multiple account teams, including the establishment and maintenance of quality standards, cost efficiency and working practices
•Responsible for keeping abreast with key events in the industry
•Provide strategic direction to account team for large, more complex projects
•Provide assistance to other account teams when needed and shares expertise Business Management
•Maintains strong relationships with client procurement teams.
•Overall responsibility for the strategic direction, growth and development, financial and resource management, and delivery across the account group teams
•Agency lead for strategic discussions and routine client/agency reviews, driving strategic and tactical planning of accounts internally and with clients, including organic growth. Driving alignment across client teams, ensuring appropriate servicing and delivery standards and providing internal leadership of accounts and teams.
•Agency lead on new business pitches and proposals/ leading on opportunities for growth with existing clients.
•Seek ways to ensure competitive advantage through the delivery of innovative and diverse range of projects
•Build a safe environment for innovation and risk taking
•Responsible for accurate input of all hours worked onto timesheets on a daily basis for self and teams
•Provide leadership to the account team and other teams as required
•Manage career development of team members to ensure maximum productivity
•Ensures optimum level of resources to service client account and pre-empts any resourcing issues
•Promote company wide initiatives and acts as an ambassador for agency both internally and externally.
•Promote agencies best interests internally at all times and shares best practice, knowledge and ideas with other account teams.
