The position

By joining our team in CFO Functional Center of Excellence you will have the opportunity to:
  • Conduct physical security risk assessments for offshore installations, onshore plants, offices, events and the corporate management team.
  • Recommend and present measures and security advice for risk owner and stakeholders.
  • Develop security plans for various type of assets.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of methods used for security analysis.
  • Some understanding and experience with the petroleum industry and/or renewable energy would be an advantage. 
  • Perform other relevant tasks as requested (i.e take part/lead planning of events, security screenings of projects / project security strategy documents).

  • A bachelor's degree level education or qualification in risk management, or other related subject. 
  • 3 years of experience in security risk analysis.
  • Good knowledge of relevant standards for risk analysis, risk management, security systems and barriers.
  • Understanding of other security disciplines such as IT/Cybersecurity and personnel security would be beneficial.
  • A willingness to take on ad hoc national and international travel.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and oral.
  • Effective strategic problem solving and analytical skills.
  • A willingness to undertake advanced security checks, including for a potential security clearance.
