We are recruiting for an aspiring Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance and Accounts team. You will take ownership and responsibility for processing invoices, performing payment runs and reconciling Vendor statements. A self-starter, who is motivated and a confident communicator, you will be problem solving, answering queries and liaising with all levels of people across the business. Joining a welcoming team, you will be a key team player in contributing to the success and service the team provides.

You will be responsible for the input and payment of invoices in over 50 PA business units, processing around 20000 invoices total each year, in a multicurrency/global organisation.

•Invoice posting and matching to purchase orders
•Helpdesk and query resolution
•Processing payment runs
•Team rota tasks
•Reporting and MI analysis
•You will be working closely with other teams in Finance both locally and globally as well as other corporate functions
•Communicating with Pas suppliers, offering high levels of customer service and resolving multiple queries in timely and professional manner
•You will be working together as a team to maintain KPI’s and monthly deliverables

Job Requirements

What we’re looking for
•Great attention to detail – swift, accurate keying and recording of important financial information
•Excellent team working skills, working collaboratively and cross functionally with a can do positive approach
•Previous experience in a large, globally and/or multi-currency role is hugely desirable
•Excellent communication skills to manage and resolve queries generated internally or with our external suppliers
•Good working knowledge of Microsoft particularly Excel and Outlook
•Good organisation skills, ability to multitask and experience of working to meet deadlines
