Job Details

Task Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily tasks under guidance
• Attend airside operations for unloading and loading of aircraft
• Load planning by weight and balance of the flights according to company regulations
• Co-ordinate, monitor & supervise special cargo handling and warehouse build-up
• Co-ordinate with Airport Authorities, stations, departments and ground handler on cargo operations matters
• Co-ordinate loading plan with Sales department and Ground Handler
• Co-ordinate with outstations on space allotments
• Co-ordinate cargo irregularities with outstations, customers and ground handler
• Update shipment data into the computer system
• Handle crew related matters
• Resolving all cargo-flight related issues with all concerned

Essential Requirements For The Position:

• Good spoken and written English
• Experience in airline cargo handling will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Irregular working hours
• Overseas training required
• Valid drivig license
• Willing to work on shift (day, night and overnight) as per roster

Working Conditions:

• It is a full-time position based in Hong Kong.
• Vacation and other absences should be planned in a way so as to avoid conflicting with service and business requirements.
• Work on a shift basis.
• Flexibility may be needed with working hours
