Sales Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement targeted sales plans to achieve revenue goals.
- Focus on product-specific growth, including new offerings like AVI.
- Identify and respond to market shifts, competitive activity, and regulatory changes.
Customer Engagement & Development
- Build long-term relationships with local and global freight forwarders.
- Partner with clients to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular customer visits and track business development progress.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
- Present sales performance, forecasts, and revenue reports to management.
- Maintain and update customer databases and market records.
- Share updates on schedules, embargoes, and operational changes with clients.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with import/export teams to gather insights and support reporting.
- Ensure alignment with internal stakeholders across pricing, product, and compliance.
