Task Responsibilities:

  • Create, monitor, and maintain reports and dashboard on HR metrics related to workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and other HR areas.

  • Support the administrative HR Controlling tasks.
  • Ensure data accuracy of the elements within SAP (e.g., cost centers).
  • Assist with the reporting requests in the area of HR Controlling
  • Review and map relevant HR Controlling processes.

Essential Requirements For The Position:

  • University degree in finance, economics or a related area is considered an advantage

  • Experience (1-3 years) in a related position
  • Interest in people analytics
  • Ability to work autonomously and reliably
  • Attention to detail and structure
  • Excellent analytical and methodical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel (e.g., Macros, VBA) and strong IT skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP or other HRIS would be considered an advantage
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; any other language is considered an advantage

Working Conditions:

  • Temporary position (24 months) based in Luxembourg.

  • Flexibility with working hours according to the Collective Work Agreement.
  • A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
  • The internal title of the position would be “Sr. Agent HR Reporting”.
