Job Details

Task Responsibilities:

• Messaging Integration: Maintain and advise on the Cargolux message-based integrations including SITA and Edify.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve the existing message-based integrations.
• Support: Act as L2-L3 support on messaging related support cases and resolve them in a timely manner.
• Documentation: Document the existent message-based integrations and keep the documentation up to date.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work with IT teams and business units to understand the messaging integration needs and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Security and Compliance: Ensure integrations adhere to security policies and regulatory standards, protecting data integrity and confidentiality.

Essential Requirements For The Position:

• Technical Expertise:
  • Experience in message-based integrations is mandatory
  • Experience with Azure Integration Services (ServiceBus, LogicApps, Azure Functions) is mandatory
  • Experience in SITA messaging/Edify is a strong asset
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex issues.
• Communication Skills: good verbal and written communication abilities (English) and effective collaboration with diverse teams.
• Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
• Experience: at least 3 years [PJ1] of experience in integration, development, or computer science.

Working Conditions:

• Permanent full-time position based in Luxembourg.
• Work in an agile, friendly and innovation driven team.
• Standard office hours are to be expected, with occasional work outside these hours to perform exceptional tasks (planned or unplanned).
• It is expected that during critical incidents the candidate can commit to resolve the incident to the end if required.
• On-Call duty must be performed (~1 week per month) after a training period.
• Position based in the Cargolux HQ in Luxembourg.
• A certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection.
