Job Details

Task Responsibilities:

• Create, update and improve new and existing Web-based trainings
• Design virtual and digital learning solutions for Maintenance & Engineering Division
• Maintain and enhance the digital learning catalogue and Technical Training Intranet page
• Develop and support learning and training projects as required
• Support the department administration (Learning Management System administration, record keeping, data governance, etc)
• Support in the creation and maintenance of training documentation

Essential Requirements For The Position:

• Bachelors Degree in Instructional Design, Educational Sciences, IT, Business Administration or any relevant field; or adequate practical experience in the required skills domain
• Experience in creation of Web-based trainings with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
• Experience in defining aims, objectives and course content with internal subject matter experts
• Advanced level of proficiency in MS Sharepoint
• Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office products (Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge and experience in adult learning
• Fluency in written and spoken English, any other languages are considered an advantage
• Demonstrate excellent communications skills, a creative mindset and the ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in a training department is considered a distinct advantage
• Experience in Aircraft Maintenance is considered an advantage
• Experience with AR/VR tools (Oculus, MS Hololens etc), game development etc. is considered an advantage

Working Conditions:

• Position based in Luxembourg
• Full time permanent position
• Flexible working conditions
• Occasional travel may be required
• A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
