Task Responsibilities:

  • The position holder will support the design, implementation, operation and management of robust IAM solutions. The IAM Engineer will:

    • Design, develop and implement IAM processes: including identity governance, access management, and authentication systems.
    • Develop policies and procedures inline with the processes defined above to protect sensitive information and maintain regulatory compliance.
    • Integrate and operate IAM solutions with existing IT infrastructure, including cloud services, on-premises systems, and third-party applications.
    • Manage user access and permissions across various roles, systems and applications, ensuring compliance with security policies.
    • Implement monitoring mechanisms to:
      • Improve identity related security events and incident detection.
      • Monitor IAM systems against availability, perfromance, compliance violation.. etc related issues
    • Work closely with other IT teams, business units, and external vendors to ensure seamless IAM operations.
    • Provide a weekly reporting on the different topics, progress acheived and any risks, roadblockers identified.

Essential Requirements For The Position:

  • Technical diploma with focus in IT. A bachelor degree in computer science (or any other relevant field) would be an asset.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Identity and Access Lifecycle manageent Operations and Controls.
  • Strong skills in IT network technologies and cloud technologies.
  • Experience with Intra ID and Varonis
  • Experience using IAM tools and scripting for automation.
  • Good knowledge of IT systems and network infrastructure.
  • Understanding of network architecture and services.
  • Experience with intrusion detection methodologies for detecting host and/or network-based intrusion incidents.
  • Experience with log review & live response.
  • Familiar with application monitoring concepts.
  • Willing to attend regular trainings and stay up-to-date with new technologies.
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written); any additional language will be considered a strong asset.
  • Good problem solving skills, analytical approach and research-oriented.
  • Passion for excellence.
  • Good interpersonal/communication skills and a customer-cantered mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural fast-pacing environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent, full-time contract based in our HQ in Luxembourg.
  • Flexible working hours and a work from home policy
  • Occasional travel may be required.
  • A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of a positive selection.
