Job Details

Task Responsibilities:

• Welding, Locksmith and Assembly work of steel structure.
• Perform metal work with machine like sawing and drilling.
• Perform maintenance checks, service and repair on ground equipment.
• Follow all company procedures, work processes and manufacturers’ manuals and specifications.
• Perform their duties according to agreed working schedules.
• Suggest modifications for improved safety and utilization.

Essential Requirements For The Position:

• Accomplished apprenticeship in welding and iron works with at least 5 years of experience in a relevant field
• Good knowledge of welding, locksmith and assembly work (railing, metal deck, fencing, staircase)
• Good knowledge to read technical drawings.
• Be able to work independently and show initiative in solving problems
• Fluency in written and spoken English, other languages are considered as an advantage
• Team spirit
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)

Working Conditions:

• Position based in Luxembourg
• B driving license required, C driving license considered as an advantage
• A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
• The successful candidate will have to obtain a valid medical certificate for the job issued by the Company doctor prior to the start of the employment
• The position qualifies as safety-sensitive personnel as per EU Regulation 965/2012. The successful candidate will have to be tested for psychoactive substances prior to the start of the employment.
