Task Responsibilities:

  • This role is part of Cargolux General Procurement & Administration team and aims to enhance and modernize tools/systems used by Cargolux departments  
  • Design an end-to-end digital workflow for onboarding new vendors to Cargolux in alignment with different departments (users and approvers) and in line with company policies.
  • Realize the detailed scoping of the project (internal resources, costs) and detail the required timeline
  • If approval granted, kick off the implementation

Essential Requirements For The Position:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English. French, German, Luxembourgish, and other languages are a distinct advantage
  • Bachelor Degree in IT with commercial experience, or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration (or similar) with strong IT skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in integration between systems for data exchange is an advantage
  • Project management experience is an advantage 

Working Conditions:

  • Position based in Luxembourg
  • A Certificate of good conduct (Casier judiciaire, Polizeiliches Führungszeugnis) will be required in case of positive selection
