Job Details

Task Responsibilities:

• To assist and formulate freighter network according to the company's strategy and goals;
• To assist in coordination with both internal and external parties for the required route permit, licenses and developing seasonal schedule plan according to the business strategy;
• To act as the coordinator and provide internal support to liaise with external parties for flight plan filling, in-season schedule filing adjustment and update the flight schedule and any relevant documentation with local civil aviation authority database accordingly;
• To assist for the flight changes according to fleet development and company’s requirement; monitor the slot utilization and co-ordinate with outports to secure government approvals and filings.
• To prepare and analyze on various international freighter network planning, conduct studies on network projects like new route launching, implementing tactical changes to meet the business requirement;
• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the company;

Essential Requirements For The Position:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in transportation/logistics/aviation is preferred;
• At least 5 year of working experience including 3 year of experiences in aviation field;
• Previous experience in operational control/airline experience is preferred;
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills are required;
• Strong ability to collaborate and work as part of a team;
• Ability to work under pressure and independently and flexible working hours is required;
• Occasional duty travel assigned by the company;
• Good command of written English and Chinese, fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin is required;
