Task Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and confirm travel bookings for internal travelers and external guests including flight, hotel, ground transportation, train
  • Provide travel offers and assist with travel arrangements to ensure cost efficiency
  • Manage queries and amend travel change requests
  • Communicate by phone and email with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Perform daily crew member flight, ground transportation and hotel reservations
  • Handle ad-hoc issues related to reservations and crew complaints
  • Audit hotel and ground transportation invoices
  • Complete monthly credit card statements reconciliation
  • Cover all worldwide ad-hoc requests during other Travel Offices closing times
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

Essential Requirements For The Position:

  • Work experience in a Travel Agency, Travel Management Company, Airline or Hospitality Industry
  • Relating openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people and cultures
  • Anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders
  • Feeling comfortable to work in a team as well as autonomously
  • Have very good communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and to take initiatives
  • Be able to identify problems and propose solutions
  • Fluency in written and spoken English, other languages (Spanish, Portuguese, French or German) are a distinct advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Amadeus GDS experience will be considered as a definite advantage

Working Conditions:

  • It is a full-time position based in Hong Kong.
  • Vacation and other absences should be planned in a way so as to avoid conflicting with service and business requirements.
  • Work on a shift basis. Flexibility may be needed with working hours.
