Task Responsibilities:
As the Maintenance On-Site Representative, you will serve as the critical link between Cargolux and its maintenance providers, ensuring that all base maintenance activities meet the highest industry standards. You will oversee operations, provide technical guidance, and maintain seamless communication to uphold Cargolux’s commitment to safety and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Cargolux’s on-site representative at the assigned maintenance base.
- Monitor and supervise all base maintenance activities to ensure compliance with EASA regulations and Cargolux standards.
- Monitoring and Overseeing Maintenance Work for quality assurance, on time performance and inspection
- Reporting and Documentation including budget control and progress report
- Liaise with internal teams (Engineering, Planning, Material, Production and Quality Assurance) to address technical and operational requirements.
- Approve and verify documentation for completed maintenance tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process efficiencies.
- Support AOG (Aircraft on Ground) recovery efforts and coordinate solutions with maintenance providers.
Essential Requirements For The Position:
Qualifications:
- Valid aircraft maintenance license, prefer with valid EASA Part 66 License
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in aircraft base maintenance or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a
supervisory or on-site representative role.
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, maintenance procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse teams
- Proven ability to work effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required.
