- B2B Demand Planning Intern will support daily operational and analytical tasks with a focus on service-related order flow, inventory management, and forecast processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining seamless communication between internal stakeholders and suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate execution of supply chain activities

- Support the creation and follow-up of purchase orders; verify delivery dates and monitor stock levels to avoid supply gaps
- Track daily service orders via Orion system and ensure timely entry and resolution of any supply-related issues
- Assist with monthly safety stock planning by conducting sales analysis and maintaining forecast accuracy
- Prepare and update backorder and delivery reports for Canon dealers; monitor progress and escalate delays
- Reconcile sales forecasts with current inventory; support data integrity across planning systems
- Communicate with internal teams (Business Operations, Service) and international contacts (EDSM) for smooth coordination
What we ask
- 4th year or new graduate student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering etc.
- Able to work 4-5 days in a week
- Good command of English both written and spoken
- Good command of MS Office applications
