Job Purpose and Summary

The Customer Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing partner orders and direct operations across the Middle East, ensuring the timely and accurate dispatch of goods. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with local and importing country trade regulations, including the preparation of all required documentation. It involves close collaboration with finance and business teams to ensure seamless order execution, while also being a key point of contact for customers to address logistics related queries and requests.

What we ask

  • Bachelors in Supply Chain or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in a similar filed
  • Fluency in written and spoken English & Arabic will be an added advantage
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint 
  • Knowledge of contract billing and handling
  • Demonstrable ability to work on own initiative, to strict deadlines and the ability to prioritise workload efficiently
