As a Product Business Developer, you will manage a portfolio of large format plotters, scanners, and copiers designed for both the CAD and wide-format graphic markets. You will combine product management skills with business development responsibilities. You will be accountable for creating and executing product strategies in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams to maximize market potential. Your goal will be to introduce innovations and achieve competitive advantage through effective product lifecycle management, while supporting both direct and partner sales channels.

1. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new product and business development opportunities.
2. Develop and optimize product and pricing strategies in close cooperation with sales and finance departments.
3. Coordinate the product launch process.
4. Work closely with headquarters teams, sales, and other departments to ensure consistent strategic execution.
5. Identify and leverage new business opportunities to expand the product portfolio.
6. Support budget planning and sales target setting from a product development perspective.
7. Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend improvement actions.
8. Create price lists and introduce new products into internal company systems.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with key Clients, Business Partners, and stakeholders to boost product engagement and success.
10. Conduct product training sessions and presentations.
What we ask
- - University degree (preferably in business, marketing, or a related field).
- - Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or business development.
- - Knowledge of the technology sector and current market trends.
- - Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
- - Experience in leading projects and launching products to market.
- - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments and with stakeholders.
- - Fluency in English (spoken and written); native-level Polish is required.
- - Creativity, proactiveness, and problem-solving mindset.
- - Results-driven and able to work independently.
- - Willingness to work in a dynamic, international environment.
- - Experience supporting partner sales channels.
- - Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage.
