As a Fleet Coordinator, you will supervise Managed Print Services (MPS) sites to assure compliance with signed agreements, assist Client Service Supervisor to update customers’ files, in addition to inventory management per site.

- Responsible for monthly meter reading collection, consolidation, and submission of client sites.
- Perform periodically MPS site visits, to monitor service delivery and assure compliance with contract terms and service level agreements.
- Conduct check on cleanness and general condition of all machines and surroundings during site visits.
- Assist Projects team during projects implementations, by performing change management activities and conducting end users’ trainings and go lives.
- Monitor usage rates and consumption, to have optimum replenishment level on timely basis.
- Process consumables orders and maintain consumables stock and Inventory Report.
- Including Proactive monitoring of Toner through E-maintenance or IWMC
- Deployment of IWMC when E-maintenance is not possible
- Fully understand the customer requirements to support them.
- Monitor overall customer satisfaction.
- Handle escalations if needed and further escalate if required.
- Log service calls with Canon Helpdesk, if required and follow up on any pending issues.
- Provide pleasant, courteous, and professional customer handling relations.
- Professional communications with customer.
- Professional response in handling customer’s queries
- Comply with all customer’s security rules and regulations
What we ask
- Engineering Degree or Diploma (electronics, mechanics and software) preferred
- Relevant experience in the service industry
- Experience in understanding and following health and safety guidelines
- Good customer handling and communication skills. Able to take customer instruction.
- Team player that focuses on optimizing the team output
- Good commercial insight and business acumen
- Awareness to represent Canon as a company always (behavior, communication, and presentation / appearance)
