What we ask
Experience & Technical Skills:
You have 3+ years of sector experience, servicing Toner, Inkjet, or Wide Format production printers, or other related experience.
Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting, fault-finding, and device management.
You will need
Customer Focus: You are dedicated to providing outstanding service and building long-term customer relationships.
Problem-Solving Expertise: You can tackle complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
Team Player: You’re comfortable working with a diverse team and contributing to the success of the group.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
