Job Purpose and Summary

Supports the AMs in the presales, in designing the solution (Uniflow) to the client site and responsible for doing part of the (including commercials).

  • Meet B2B clients with Accounts Managers (AMs) to take brief
  • Handle Software presales configuration (gathering the solution requirements from client stakeholders and potential users and providing the correct configuration).
  • Understand customer's business and critical processes, and devise business solutions or services that will help customers to increase productivity and reduce costs
  • Evaluate competitors’ solutions in the marketplace to understand the business environment and competitive landscape of the client and how our product can add value
  • Validate configuration to avoid any errors at presales stage
  • Undertake and do survey’s and assessments using relevant tools
  • Provide monthly competition and market analysis (from configuration, pricing, strength and weaknesses)
  • Being a part of and supporting tender team from software perspective (provides the solution diagram)
  • Providing training to AMs on the software
  • Provide proof of concept and doing Demo for clients and also partners on the same
  • Conduct webinars, trainings, presentations, and sales demos to increase sales team awareness and solution selling capability
  • Design and document the Print Policy (document filled with clients required printing criteria) and the Solution Design Document
  • Maintain and assess software assurance expiries and renewals and alert AMs
  • Upon design sign off, communicate the proposed solution to concerned after sales department (project Dept) for implementation
  • Support marketing activities in business seminars and business technology show

What we ask

  • Degree in Computer Science or IT related field
  • Experience in Presales IT, software Industry
  • Minimum 2 years of working experiences in Presales, Programming, Consulting or IT
  • Sound knowledge of operating systems, SQL Database, VM Ware, Active Directory, Remote Print Service (RPS)
  • Strong competency in Document Management, Print Management & Managed Services Solutions
  • Technically competent and able to integrate business and technical requirements into a good business proposal, maintaining excellent understanding of solutions and services in conjunction with business benefits
  • Good sales mentality to engage, present and work closely with sales operations
  • Proficiency in architecture & design experience with complex IT solutions that encompass applications, data & technologies across multiple platforms
  • Extensive know how in business process optimization and digital transformation themes
  • Strong customer service orientation, & excellent communication skills both on the phone & in person
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent organization / prioritization skills to meet deadlines & manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive & confidential situations
