Job Purpose and Summary

Canon UK are looking for a Team Leader to manage their new Digital Sales team from our offices in Birmingham. Are you ready to accelerate your sales management career with Canon UK? This is an excellent time to join a brand-new sales team in Canon UK. We are looking for a Team Leader with drive, ambition and strong entrepreneurial skills.

Canon UK is recruiting a new business team in Birmingham to support a period of increased growth. You will be responsible for managing a team who will be selling Canon printing, workflow and IT solutions to customers from both a public sector and commercial landscape.

The role of Digital Sales Team Leader is an important one to Canon and all stakeholders in the business who rely on how we serve and manage our existing and potential customers.

  • Salary: £35,677 basic salary with an OTE of £12,000

What we ask

The successful applicant will need to be a self-starter with strong team player attribute, a leader, a mentor and a proven ability to drive their own and team pipelines and conversion to ensure the Digital Sales team hit targeted revenue.

 

You will need

 As the Digital Sales Team Leader, you will possess the following skills and expertise;

  • Accessible, approachable, and flexible with good communication skills.
  • Demonstrable success in a sales selling role and people manager experience
  • Relationship management and account management success
  • Demonstrable leadership & mentoring skills and ability to manage a sales team
  • Fast thinking with an understanding of modern selling techniques i.e. Digital Sales

Salary: £35,677 basic salary with an OTE of £12,000
Location: Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days from home) - Solihull, Birmingham
