Role and Department 

Canon EMEA is looking for an Order Management Coordinator (German Speaking) to join our Order Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for management of all incoming orders & requests and for providing order management support to small-to-medium business customers across Europe. This position is well suited for someone who is looking to advance their career in  Order Management. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage relationships.

As an Order Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing orders, queries and claims from order entry through to delivery shipment of product to customer respecting Service Level Agreements;
  • Interfacing with various levels of sales, operations and other functional groups to ensure orders flow appropriately;
  • Communicating business requirements with all stakeholders effectively.

What we ask

  • Self organization and analytical skills;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; 
  • Ability to work within a team and independently; 
  • English and German required;
  • High level of Excel knowledge.
