Role & Department
Canon is looking for an Order Management Intern for a period of 6 months to join our Customer Fulfillment team. As an intern, your role will be to manage incoming Business to Business customer orders for our European Partners, run reports and help with the SOX controls by analyzing the correctness of existing documents within our Business Operations department. As an intern, you will play an important part in our Customer Fulfillment team. You will be working in an open and international environment. This position is well suited for someone who is looking to start their career in international order management.

As an Order Management Intern, your key responsibilities will be to:
- Manage orders, queries and claims from order entry through to delivery shipment of product to customer respecting Service Level Agreements.
- Interface with various levels of sales, operations and other functional groups to ensure orders flow appropriately.
- Communicate business requirements with all stakeholders effectively.
What we ask
The profile we have in mind for this role is someone who is/has:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master study program for the full-period of the internship and available to travel 2/3 times per week to the office.
- Self-organization and analytical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work within a team and independently.
- Proficient in MS Office(specifically good excel skills).
- Fluent in English; Spanish and German is a plus!
