• Assisting the HR department in day-to-day operations
• Updating internal databases and keeping HR data current
• Following up on employment hire and exit documents
• Supporting recruitment processes
• Coordinating new hire orientations
• Assisting the HR team in organizing career fairs and special events
• Supporting the payroll process
• Managing HR announcements

What we ask

• Senior students or recent graduates interested in a career in human resources
• Available to work 4-5 days a week
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Proficient in MS Office
