Job Purpose and Summary

  • Providing support to the projects or transactions undertaken by the Demand Planning team.

  • Supporting the creation of purchase orders, verifying delivery dates, and monitoring stock levels.
  • Assisting demand planners as needed, such as reconciling forecasts and stock levels.
  • Assisting in the development of short and long-term demand forecasts, planning inventory flow, and analyzing statistical data to support product and service business management in the development of business and sales plans.
  • Supporting the generation of KPI reports, including inventory levels, forecast cycle times, and customer delivery times.
  • Providing support in preparing necessary reports (such as demand versus supply status reports, stock aging reports, etc.) for Marketing and Service Teams.

What we ask

  • 4th year or new graduate student in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering etc.
  • Able to work 4-5 days in a week.
  • Good command of English both written and spoken.
  • Good command of MS Office applications.

You will need

  • Detailed oriented and ability to prioritize work accordingly.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
