Job Purpose and Summary

The Logistics Analyst & Inventory Control Associate will be responsible for overall inventory accuracy in our regional warehouses for UAE, Qatar and Saudi. The role will also be responsible for reporting analysis and process improvements. Moreover, the role will also act as a first point of escalations for vendors to support outbound and inbound logistics.

  • Vendor KPI management.
  • SOX audits.
  • Inventory reconciliation and accuracy.
  • Trend analysis - Logistics data.
  • Prepare all shipping documents related to inbound shipments.
  • Provide administrative support to supply chain department with coordinating and supporting with various activities related to infrastructure and inventory.
  • Support with various department projects.

What we ask

  • Two years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
  • Arabic knowledge would be an added advantage.
  • High level of written and spoken communication required.
  • Friendly and professional appearance, attitude and communication style.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint is a requirement.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and interpretation skills.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of contract billing and handling.
  • Demonstrable ability to work on own initiative, to strict deadlines and the ability to prioritise a heavy workload efficiently.
  • Flexibility to deal with changing requirements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
