Job Purpose and Summary

Delivery of HR annual plan in line with EMEA and Country/Company HR strategy to drive individual and organizational goals.

Drive HR processes and service in line with business & functions objectives.

  • Coach and Partner with Business/Functional Heads and People Managers to deliver right employee experience by incorporating best practices.
  • Design and drive local HR initiatives and policies that support the regional strategies focused on Employee Engagement and Retention.
  • Be the Key Point of Contact and manage employee relations and policy adherence.
  • Drive Performance Management with timely objective setting and KPI reviews.
  • Design and Process HR Monthly Dashboard.
  • Overseeing Key HR Processes and Services for Canon KSA organization on a macro level such as induction & onboarding, compensation & benefits and exit management.
  • Collaborate with CoE (e.g; Talent Acquisition, Payroll, L&D) to ensure smooth functioning of business.

• Minimum 6 – 8 years of experience in similar roles within multinational companies

• Supervisor Experience (highly desirable)
