Job Purpose and Summary

Canon EMEA are looking for someone to lead the development and execution of Developing Regions Business Group (DRBG) ISB, Broadcast TV, B2B go-to-market and commercial strategy to achieve double-digit YoY growth for the next 3-5 years with good profitability.

Be the driving force behind sales, channel, and vertical development for ISB, Broadcast TV and Professional Video B2B business across DRBG working closely with regional teams, channel partners incl. system integrators as well as internal stakeholders i.e. product management teams

  • Develop strong working relationships with the Regional Sales Organisation Leadership team including Sales and Marketing Directors and local ISB, BCTV, B2B (PV) Sales and Product teams for DRBG region
  • Establish database of target ISB, BCTV, B2B (PV) end users, system integrators/solution providers and key vertical players especially in Media, Government, Education, Industry and Define go-to-market priority and strategy by category/vertical/key country, align with RSO and CEL stakeholders and oversee partner/channel/vertical development in RSO’s inline with mutually agreed strategy and timelines
  • Develop annual event and marketing plan (incl. product launches) by category/vertical/key country, align with RSO and CEL stakeholders and ensure perfect execution of mutually agreed plan. Share best practice with RSO’s & CEL stakeholders upon implementation of key activities that result with significant success.
  • Execute B2B demand generation strategy dedicated to Canon Photo &Video Solution utilising a wide product line up that can be used for narrow application i.e. Photo & Network (SDK) / Video IP Ecosystem / 3D Scanners / Biometry / Archive / E-Commerce Photography and Media Management.
  • Guide, coach and monitor ISB, BCTV, B2B (PV) team members across RSO’s to improve local capabilities, boost motivation of teams and ensure full alignment & execution of mutually agreed development plans to deliver strategic and business goals
  • Execute and implement a strong Channel Expansion approach by developing with RSO HQ and Central HQ specific commercial conditions to address Pro AV System Integrators and project management consulting agencies in charge of IT infrastructure project in development.
  • Provide sales insights per product, country/RSO vs budget and last year, from a mix of data sources, to identify and provide insight on sales performance. Identify and flag areas of underperformance, provide background explanation for the underperformance and actions to tackle them.
  • Act as key liaison between RSO sales & product management and HQ teams to identify needs for resources and tools to increase sales performance and secure their provision

Salary: between £61,908 and £74,588 dependent on experience plus 10% bonus
