Primary Objective:
To support Imaging Supplies withdelivery and admin duties.
The role will encompassresponsibility of maintainingmaster data, logistics.
Duties, speaking to customers toresolve delivery queries and givecustomer satisfaction.

What we ask

  • Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service,resolving queries and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Data Management: Proficiency in maintaining and managing master data onsystems like SAP to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Logistics: Understanding of logistics processes to support smooth warehousingand delivery operations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interactwith customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders effectively.
  • Accuracy: High attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards ofaccuracy in all tasks.
  • Strategic Thinking: Capable of applying strategic thinking to improve processesand operations within the department.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
  • Document Services: Previous experience working in a document services areawould be advantageous.
  • Commercial and Legal Understanding: Basic understanding of commercial andlegal concepts for decision-making.
  • Record Management: Experience maintaining company records in an electronicdatabase is desirable.
  • Logistics Experience: Previous experience with document scanning hardware andreprographics kit is a plus.
  • Information/Project Management Qualifications: AIIM, PRINCE2, APM, AGILE, orother relevant Information/Project Management qualifications would be consideredan advantage.

You will need

  • Customer Service: Investigating, auditing, and resolving customer queries andcomplaints, as well as ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
  • Data Management: Maintaining master data on the Sap system, which involvesaccuracy and attention to detail.
  • Cost Control: Minimizing and controlling costs associated with warehousing anddelivery.
  • Order Processing: Inputting orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Being a team player and collaborating effectively with colleagues.
  • Accuracy: Applying high standards of accuracy in tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrating the ability to think strategically and makedecisions that align with the company's goals.
  • Communication: Possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Planning & Organization: Being adept at planning and organizing tasks to ensureefficiency and productivity.

Further Information

Salary – Competitive
6 month Fixed-Term Contract: Possible extension to 12 months.
