Job Purpose and Summary

To support the Sales community in the first part of the sales cycle (order processing) ensuring relevant documentation is collected, inputted, and processed to ensure a smooth sales process.

  • To support the Account Managers (AMs) to achieve the targets set by the company.
  • Ensure correct paperwork and information is collected for order processing from AMs and clients, to then pass onto Credit Dept to open the account on the system.
  • Once account is open by credit, ensure correct information is in the system and input the order in the system and send for approvals to Credit, Finance and Sales Managers.
  • Check stock availability and ask demand planner to place order for stock not available and obtain Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA).
  • Continuous follow up with departments to ensure the workflow is followed and that there are no bottlenecks.
  • Follow up on order approvals, on stock allocations within internal departments (Stock ETAs)
  • Upon stock allocation and availability of product, send to Business Operations Depart to process for delivery and schedule delivery and communicate with Clients and Account Managers
  • To ensure that quotes and orders are being generated and issued by the relevant salespeople.
  • To ensure that each customer receives exemplary customer service and act as an in house back up for the sales team (Schedule delivery or follow up with client on missing info)
  • To manage administrative activities that falls outside of the routine processes.
  • To work as an effective team player and assist the account managers as and when requested, particularly with major deals. Support AMs with all communication for internal department.
  • Filing to be done on a daily basis and ensure that documents can be easily and readily be located.
  • Update the sales database as required and provide the sales manager with required reports (i.e pending open accounts etc)

What we ask

  • Completed Bachelors Degree (Any Major can apply)
  • Fresh graduate or  1- 2 years of experience is required
  • Full time and immediate availability 
  • Arabic speaking is preferred
  • Valid Iqama in KSA
