Job Purpose and Summary

As a trusted HR Business Partner, you will support all Canon CEE HR core processes and services with a focus on talent acquisition and further strengthening the employer value proposition in our region.

  • Providing HR services to line managers with focus on talent acquisition and onboarding

  • Conducting the recruitment process screening, interviewing, and recommending prospective candidates for employment.

  • Coordinating of contracting and onboarding procedures across the region

  • Driving the implementation of Employer Value Proposition Initiatives to promote Canon as employer of choice (internally/externally)

  • Supporting maintaining job descriptions, organisation charts, logs and reports ensuring the quality, integrity and timeliness of the HR department's records and reports.

  • Supporting HR core processes such as performance management, salary review, employee surveys and processing employee enquiries.

  • Supporting HR projects to continuously improve our regional HR processes and systems

What we ask

  • Higher education in a related subject area

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in HR

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting

  • IT literacy and excellent command of MS Office 365.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Very good Business English (written/spoken)

Further Information

We offer a market-oriented annual target salary (incl. bonus) from EUR 65.000,- gross, depending on your educational background and experience. Flexible working schedules and mobile working are integral part of our new way of working.
