Job Purpose and Summary

To grow sales of Canon core products and exploit Office Imaging and Solutions opportunities by thorough Account Management and extensive utilization of Salesforce.com. To increase growth by selling within the assigned Territory (be it Geographic and maximize the awareness of the brand name within Saudi market.

The Candidate will be responsible for:

•            Mapping potential customers in assigned industry with Direct Manager.

•            Proactively contacting customers and coordinating with TeleSales for potential clients.

•            Ensure all targets are achieved by selling value propositions including products, solutions and professional solutions to new and existing customers

•            Administering customer orders, liaise with service center, supply chain and finance to avoid any interruption in customer relationship with Canon Saudi.

•            Targeted visit per day is minimum 7 face to face calls that ranges from cold calls, introductions, proposal submittal or discussion, demos, follow up and handling customer complains.

•            Actively feed marketing information to marketing manager to stay ahead of competition and remain up to date with the industry.

•            Continuous management and maintenance of Salesforce.com a CRM that Canon Saudi follow and stick to.

  • IT background – essential.

  • Relevant experience in related industry –essential

  • Previous proven experience of developing departmental and organizational strategies in line with the overall company objectives – essential.

  • Professional appearance, attitude and communication style - essential.

  • Sound knowledge of IT tools - essential.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and knowledge of Arabic - essential.
