Job Purpose and Summary

Drive the Managed Print Service (MPS) project in the NSO.  Ensures that the NSO has a specific plan to develop MPS internally (service provisioning organization) and externally (sales activities on the market).

The Candidate will be responsible for:

  • Build business plan for MPS on a 3 years basis (according with MTP process)

  • Working with channel sales to identify suitable opportunities

  • Develop and deploy customer targeting strategy (according with previous point)

  • Contract drafting & design on each opportunity, according with general terms and conditions defined as Pan-European framework

  • Customer sign-off of MPS contract.

  • Develop understanding of MPS USPs and “educate” the sales-force.

  • Assist CEL team with PE MPS business opportunities.

  • Develop and manage local partnerships required to win and fulfill MPS business through the Partner Operations Manager.

  • Specific tasks: To be defined locally, depending on the project shape.

  • Specialist Knowledge – Customer Contracts in the designated sector in context with our SLAs. Canon Customer Code / Customer Satisfaction Guide Lines

  • Sales process management (ability to integrate MPS activities within the ordinary sales processes managed by SM and AM);

  • Team management and resources allocation (with non direct reports or third parties resources);

  • Project management (Gantt management: activities, deadlines, responsibilities, deliverables produced by a composite team with non-direct reports);

  • Customer processes understanding, especially in decision making and back office document management activities;

  • Innovation in value position to customers and working methods with a constantly changing team.

  • Relevant recognized formal qualifications (university level) - desirable.
  • Analytical ability and accounting: project’s profit & loss, excel software.

  • International attitude.

  • Drive and determination in finding new development roads for Canon.

  • Professional appearance, attitude and communication style - essential.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English and knowledge of Arabic - essential.

  • Familiarity with MS Office, Email and Internet - essential.
