We are looking to hire a self-starting and high-performing individual with a primary focus on business development and engagement leadership within our IT Internal Audit and Governance practice. The candidate will require demonstrable leadership and mentoring skills, while having a keen ability to innovate service offerings to meet client requirements.  Since business development is a key aspect of this job, the ability to meet new clients and understand their requirements resulting in a proposal will be essential.
Prerequisites are an Honours or equivalent degree in IT and CISA.  Post graduate (Masters or equivalent) in Internal Audit, COBIT5 and ISO27001 lead auditor certifications will be advantageous.

• Business development alongside TRA leadership team
• Manage, deliver and grow co-source and outsource IT Internal Audit and IT Governance portfolio and match client needs to TRA offerings and capabilities
• Devise IT internal audit plans aligned with client’s business strategies and business risk and manage execution
• Assess, advise on and drive implementation of IT Governance best practices
• Delivery of business process and control optimisation engagements leveraging understanding of ERP enabled business processes (ie P2P, O2C, H2R, R2R) and data analytics to understand business operations and identify opportunities and underlying root causes including:
o facilitating client workshops
o diagnosing root causes
o generating alternatives
o building support for proposed changes
o liaison with SI’s
• Assist clients with sourcing of enabling technologies (requirements definition, vendor due diligence)
• ISO 27001 Audit and Implementation (in conjunction with Cyber team)

Prerequisites are an Honours or equivalent degree in IT and CISA.  Post graduate (Masters or equivalent) in Internal Audit, COBIT5 and ISO27001 lead auditor certifications will be advantageous.
o The candidate must be able to demonstrate this ability through past sales experience and having worked within a role of this nature within major consulting/advisory firms is essential.
o All candidates must be fluent in English
o Strong business development skills and able to demonstrate managing a client portfolio.
o Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT Internal Audit and 5 years’ experience leading teams
o Technical data analytics skills in MS SQL, IDEA and SAP
o Strong COBIT5 and IT Governance capability
o Good understanding of application of emerging tools and solutions supporting digital transformation (RPA, machine learning, distributed ledgers)
o Software asset management and compliance experience essential
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Ability to write professional proposals and reports requiring little input
o Ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple engagements
o Ability to network and interact effectively internally and externally
o Capable of effectively managing a team of professionals and delegating work assignments as required
o Ability to build strong relationships with clients
o Ability to contribute to the professional development of junior team members.
