Role Purpose

The Finance Systems Administrator will be involved in the maintenance and enhancement of all Finance systems including P2P, FMS, Board, Tagra, Concur and any future software developments

Principle Accountabilities

Application Support
To provide broad support and testing of system enhancements across a variety of Finance applications to Finance and other end users, including but not limited to:
• P2P
• Concur
• Banking Systems
• Application Interfaces
• Microsoft Packages (i.e. Outlook, excel and word)

Administration & Maintenance
Including (but not limited to) the following activities:
• Daily Control Checks
• Resolving Super User Queries
• Liaising with Support Desks
• Password Resets
• Business Intelligence (Concur)

Application Training
Development and delivery of end user training across applications
Maintenance of user communities (via social platforms)

Document procedures and process involved with all aspects of the role

Assist the Finance Systems Manager with any ad hoc project work as required

• Enquiring mind with the desire to progress learning in finance systems and be interested in continuous improvement

Technical Knowledge and Professional Qualifications

• Experience of working in a professional services organisation finance department
• Advanced level in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and  Outlook
• SQL Knowledge
• Principle understanding of Business Intelligence / Databases
• Qualified or willing to study towards a finance professional qualification
