We are looking for talented tax advisers to join our market leading Professional Services tax team.
With a team of over 20 tax professionals, we are the largest specialist Professional Services tax team in London. We serve a wide variety of clients within the sector, including law firms, consultants, recruiters, architects and property services firms, and financial services businesses. We also look after their Partners and Senior Executives.
Due to our continuing success and ambitious growth plans across the professional services and private equity market, we are looking for talented Tax Managers/Assistant Managers and Tax Senior Associates/Associates/Technicians to complement our outstanding team.
These roles provide an exceptional opportunity for the successful candidates to develop their technical, commercial and client relationship skills in a supportive and collaborative environment, working with colleagues who are recognised as experts in the sector.
Our client base will provide you with a fantastic opportunity to work on a challenging and varied client portfolio. At each level in our business, our team members are responsible for managing client relationships on a day to day basis, delivering tax reporting, compliance and advisory services both in the UK and internationally.
You will be responsible for dealing with all matters relating to the management of clients operating within the professional services and investment fund management sectors, particularly partnerships/LLPs and their partners, as well as some corporate businesses.
There will be significant opportunities to develop as you contribute to our exciting plans to firmly establish ourselves as the number one tax team in the Professional Services market.
Desired Skills and Experience – Tax Assistant Manager/Manager
Relevant experience in a corporate and/or partnership tax compliance and advisory role, including some experience of dealing with professional partnerships and/or private equity funds and management structures.
Personal tax compliance and advisory experience.
Involvement in tax advisory projects.
Ability to manage a large client portfolio.
Some involvement in business development activities with new and/or existing clients.
Experience of dealing with client senior management.
Self-motivated with excellent communication.
Experience of supervising junior staff.

Desired Skills and Experience – Tax Senior Associate/Associate/Technician
ACA/CTA (or equivalent) qualified or part-qualified. ATT qualified will be considered.
Relevant experience in a business tax compliance role, ideally with some partnership and personal tax experience.
Proficient in using tax compliance software programmes and MS Excel.
Strong analytical skills and a good communicator, both orally and in writing.
Able to work on own initiative to provide an efficient and proactive client service within agreed timetables.
Experience of working as part of a team and supporting others.
