This is an exciting time to joining the Business Development Team in a key role supporting our sales activities.  You will report to the Head of Business Development and will focus on delivering our global growth objectives.

  • Support the Consulting Partners and Practice Leads in all aspects of the sales/bid management process:
  • Ensure proposals are imaginatively crafted and articulate our capabilities in an exciting and appealing way
  • Leverage our creative and production teams, supporting them where necessary, as we develop and design proposal content and collateral
  • Take responsibility for the formal bid processes including: understanding the specific client requirement, articulate timeframes and submission requirements
  • Working with the solution architect team to ensure consulting services are effectively represented in our bids
  • Create collateral and content that allows us to communicate our products and services more effectively (this could include PowerPoint presentations, case studies, service summaries, video content, infographics)
  • Work with the business leads and consulting teams to ensure content accurately reflects our capabilities and differentiates us from our competition


Position Requirements

The successful candidate will have a experience of sales cycles and processes with a keen interest in what makes a proposal complelling.  You must also demonstrate that you have experience of developing and writing commelling and successful proposals.  It is key that you can understand stakeholder requirements and use graphic presentation aids to 'tell the story'.
