The project manager will be managing projects in IT infrastructure area. The responsibilities include creating and managing project scope, project plans, financials, risk & issue plans, resource plan, change and procurement Coordinate, monitor, and communicate the scheduling, financials, and technical performance of the projects during execution.
The candidate should have 10+ years of total experience in IT with at least 3+ years in Project Management.
PMP or PRINCE 2 certifications desirable
Develop realistic Project and Quality Plans
Identify, assess and manage risks in an effective and timely manner.
Ensure appropriate levels of compliance to the internal standards are adhered to.
Ensure all project changes are fully assessed, reviewed and approved (or otherwise) by the appropriate project and/or programme boards.
Track activities against agreed plans, providing regular and accurate reporting to all appropriate stakeholders.
Ensure all technical changes adhere to published change management processes.
Manage, lead and motivate the project team on a day to day basis
Monitor costs; timescales and resources used and take action where these deviate from agreed tolerances.
Ensure that issues and project changes are effectively managed.
Ensure that projects are formally closed and, subsequently reviewed, and that lessons learned are recorded.
