Provision of Service Delivery to agreed Service Level Agreements:

• Prepare reports based on customer requirement with different type of charts with trend analysis.
• Write, modify, troubleshoot and maintain VBA code.
• Run/download data from different databases using SQL
• Keeping customers informed of progress, together with actual or expected resolution, re-setting expectation if required.
• Adherence to required processes and procedures.
• Adhere to the Information Security policies day in and day out.
• Should be aware of all Information Security Management System principles and guidelines.
• Report any Information Security Management System events / incidents as per the reporting procedures.
• Input to improvements required to processes, use of software, procedures etc.
• Ad hoc tasks as required, e.g. production of relevant stats, team development initiatives, improvement ideas, administration

Service Delivery Operational Support :

• Perform tasks related to projects.
• Manage self and other members of the team to ensure time is managed effectively.
• Maintain technical knowledge and provide technical coaching to other members of the team and customers when key incidents / support issues occur.
• Adhere to the Information Security policies day in and day out.
• Should be aware of all Information Security Management System principles and guidelines.
• Report any Information Security Management System events / incidents as per the reporting procedures.

4 to 5 years of experience in IT Management Reporting.
Strong in SQL, VB, Database, MS Excel and Crystal (Optional)



Data Reporting, Data Manipulation, Data analysis and Data Wrangling - Be able to slice and dice data with in-depth analysis and be able to present them to the Management team.
