Main Activities
• Work with the business and development teams to develop - Performance test estimates
- Test planning and strategy
- Load and stress test scripts
• Work closely with Project Managers and technical teams to progress load and stress tests
• Ensure load and stress testing processes and procedures are developed, implemented and followed.
• Performance analysis in collaboration with Infrastructure and development teams.
• Provide specialist assistance and input to various key technical projects.
• Script and run regression packs on a weekly and ad hoc basis.
Co-ordination within the team as well as other teams within ACIS CS team, TestLab team, UK CS Team



6+ years of total IT experience with a minimum of 2 - 4 years performance and stress testing experience, utilizing HP Loadrunner.  Knowledge of Test Director / Quality Centre is also required.  Previous application development experience within IT would be an advantage.
Technical Skills Required:
• HP LoadRunner/Performance Center expertise
• Test Director / Quality Center
• Moderate Programming skills
• UNIX & Wintel Operating System and Network knowledge
Technical Skills Desirable:
• ‘C’ programming
• VB script
• Knowledge of JAVA, Websphere/JBoss Application servers
• TCP/IP network knowledge
• Performance monitoring in UNIX, NT, W2000/3, and Oracle
• SQL
• HP OpenView
• HP Business Availability Centre
