Execute the Scrum master role for multiple projects
Establish a relationship with the main customer contacts such that regular input is obtained on business requirements, and regular feedback is obtained on the effectiveness of AD&M Group OE service to the customer.
Ensure that effective and monitored cost/benefit analysis are undertaken for all major projects.
Undertake project management of assigned projects.
Work with colleagues in IT Department and Business to ensure good communication and co-operation between all related projects and systems.
To actively promote and maintain company and departmental standards, best practice and quality.
Responsible for running projects at CMMI Level 3/5 maturity
Assist staff in their professional and personal development.
Effectively manage allocated projects, and related project teams, working in partnership with the business, scheduling, monitoring progress and implementing to agreed target dates.
Work with the business area and IT to ensure effective all round IT service delivery.
Ensure that all services and projects are delivered in accordance with corporate technical standards, and corporate system development standards
Assist, advise and guide staff to ensure performance objectives and targets are set, personal development
opportunities are promoted, and technical training is provided to meet business needs.
Brief team regularly on company and departmental, developments, providing a fluid, two-way,
communication channel between all team members and senior management.
Responsible for facilitating a smooth transition to new generation platforms without affecting the ongoing support of the existing systems
At least 3 years experience in leading teams with a minimum of 2 years experience in formal Software Project Management. Relevant IT Experience in the range of 9 - 12 years. Should have managed multiple Scrum projects simultaneously in the pastGraduate or Post Graduate preferably in Engineering or Computer Applications, Prince2 and/or PMP (Desirable),Insurance Certification(desirable), Scrum Master certifiation, Java and Oracle certifications
Any other certification to establish managerial skills will be an added advantageStrong Leadership and Communication Skills (written, oral, one to one, presentation, negotiation, influencing, assertive)
