The role’s primary responsibility is to function as the first point of contact in ACIS Coordinate with external and internal customers
Handle calls and visitors effectively in line with Allianz ethos and the SLA defined for the front office role.



- Graduate in any discipline
- Additional qualification/certification in customer industry/ Travel and Tourism [Desirable]

- Experience in hospitality or customer service industry (Desirable)



• Language proficiency and good communication skills
• Pleasing personality
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Determination in delivering results within timelines in required SLA.
• Flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude and willing to take responsibility
