Good communication skills, Client handling & Team management (offshore and/or onsite) experience.
Experience in Spring, Hibernate framework based web applications, Ajax, Web services.
Has good knowledge of Core Java, JSF
Experience or Knowledge of Agile methodology based project execution.
Analyze requirements based on given specifications.
Conduct code reviews and independent unit testing.
Prepare test cases and testing.
Follow standards and project plan.
Able to analyze and troubleshoot the issues in J2EE applications.
