Working as part of our lively Customer Centre team in Corporate Partner lifestyle you will be responsible for offering excellent customer service to new and existing customer including claims handling for the first notification of loss.

The operating hours will be Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm, Saturday 9am-4pm and Bank holidays

Answering incoming telephone enquiries relating to customer service queries and registration of claims

Prioritising workload effectively and managing own administration

Achieving agreed targets and objectives consistently

Liaising with other departments as necessary

Maintaining up to date knowledge of products and procedures



Intermediate PC skills, Word, Excel and Outlook

Previous experience in a Customer Service environment is essential

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
