Position Description:
We are looking for a CHINESE SPEAKING Restaurant Manager to progress their career with a large European Cruise Line. 

To be considered for this role, you will require below:

Fluent in oral and written English (working & Safety language of the Company)

Effectively leading and coordinating assigned restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to company standards, managing staff training and development, maintaining quality service and hygiene, collaborating with cross-functional teams, optimizing financial performance, and upholding a positive and safe dining environment for both guests and employees.

Foster a safety-conscious environment, enforce safety procedures, and contribute to a secure workplace.
