Position Description:

The Hotel Repairman shall carry out assignments and complete work orders as directed by the 1st Engineer - Accommodation with regards to maintenance and repair work on the various systems and components throughout the vessel’s accommodation including guest and crew cabins, galleys, bars, pantries, laundries (guest and crew) and other associated areas. The holder of this position must be a skilled technician, capable of working with minimum supervision and with the ability to carry out basic troubleshooting, maintenance and repair works.

We are looking for HOTEL REPAIRMAN ready to join AZAMARA - cruise vessel AZAMARA JOURNEY
Embarkation ASAP - 15/July/2024
Salary in USD/per month - to be discussed upon interview.
Contract - 6 months +/-1

- Must have C1/D & SID

- Overhauling & maintaining hotel equipment in accommodation areas, laundries, crew areas, galleys, bars, pantries.

- Able to carry out TIG & MIG welding as required

- Capable of operating various motorized machine shop tools including lathe, drill press, grinder etc.

- carry out fabrication & repair to various steelworks including aluminium and stainless steel

- Fabrication, install and repair general plumbing systems and components in steel, copper & various composite materials

- Work well without supervision as part of the team
